Lead acid batteries can produce 14.4V when fully charged. The PicoPSU-WI can operate at 14.4V without problems. Keep in mind if the voltage drops under 11V the psu will not work. It is recommended to use a wider input voltage psu when combined with batteries( M3-ATX for example)
