What is the Power-Factor rating, including whether it's Active or Passive (for the EDAC 60W AC-DC Adapter )?

The 60W adapter does not do PFC, whereas the 80W does. Note also that in the EU, PFC is only mandatory on such adapters when they are rated at >~75W.
