I have a PicoPSU-80 and a motherboard which requires a 4-Pin P4 connection. Do you have a 4-Pin P4 cable for this psu?

You can use this 4-Pin P4 Mini Power Cable which can be installed directly onto the psu board. Another choice is the 4-Pin P4 Power Cable which uses a 4-pin ATA power connector.
