The total power of our DC-DC adapters is a sum of the power on the 12V, 5, 3.3, -12. While the DC-DC adapter is capable of handling lots of Amps on certain rails, it is almost impossible to use all rails at full power at the same time! As a result, a 60Watt adapter is more than adequate for most mini-ITX applications.
